Couple seeking comfort

We really enjoyed the local pastries at the bakery across from the hotel the coffee was just right for waking up. The decor was nice and we felt like we had just the right amount of space in our room to feel cozy and free at the same time.

It wasn't exactly a steal but still acceptable for what we got.

Wished there was a coffee maker in the room!!! Reception closing at 8pm limit evening assistance!!! Extra blankets would be a nice touch for chilly nights.

I was upgraded to a great room in the sister hotel and enjoyed a lovely breakfast that wasn't originally included. There were nice relaxation spots like a small garden and a cozy lounge area to unwind. The bathroom could use a little updating, but it didn't take away from the overall fantastic experience. 🌟

The room was cozy and warm, with a spacious bathroom and excellent shower. Loved the parquet floor and fun retro wallpaper. Also, it felt really good to be within the city walls, making it easy to explore Lucca. Breakfast was tasty too! My only bummer was the noise from outside that carried into the room, which could get annoying at times.

I've stayed in lucca before, but my overnight at diana & depandance was fantastic. The breakfast was organized for us the night before since we had to leave early, and the staff was super helpful. Cozy, clean room with a great atmosphere-definitely exceeded my expectations!
